In 2012,the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) adopted the final rules to implementthe reporting and disclosure requirements concerning Conflict Minerals。Foryouis subject to the SEC Conflict Minerals rules.
2012年，美國(guó)證券交易委員會(huì)（SEC）采用了最終規(guī)則，規(guī)定了如何填寫(xiě)沖突礦產(chǎn)報(bào)告、揭示與沖突礦產(chǎn)相關(guān)的要求。華陽(yáng)多媒體服從美國(guó)證券交易委員會(huì)的最終執(zhí)行規(guī)則。
To move closer to the goal of ending human rights abuses in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which are widely understood to be funded by the illegal trade of conflict minerals, it’s appreciated that each supplier respond to our survey regarding the use and sourcing of tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, cobalt, etc. (3TG).
華陽(yáng)多媒體非常感謝各位供應(yīng)商對(duì)于錫、鉭、鎢、金、鈷（3TG）等金屬使用和采購(gòu)情況的調(diào)查作出回應(yīng)，這是為了進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)結(jié)束在剛果民主共和國(guó)發(fā)生的人權(quán)暴行這一目標(biāo)，而且國(guó)際上廣泛認(rèn)為該國(guó)的人權(quán)暴行通過(guò)非法交易沖突礦產(chǎn)來(lái)獲得資金支持。
Once Foryou requires, each supplier should return a newest EICC/GeSI Conflict Minerals Reporting Template to Foryou. No other forms of response will be accepted.
當(dāng)華陽(yáng)多媒體提出要求，每個(gè)供應(yīng)商必須交還一份最新的EICC/GeSI沖突礦產(chǎn)報(bào)告模板給華陽(yáng)多媒體。其它的格式的回復(fù)概不接受。
Any supplier who may have tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, cobalt, etc. in its product and/or supply chain must make a similar inquiry to its supply chain and obtain a list of the smelters processing these metals.
任何在產(chǎn)品和/或供應(yīng)鏈中可能含有錫、鉭、鎢、金、鈷等的供應(yīng)商必須對(duì)其供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行類似查詢，并獲取處理這些金屬的冶煉廠的名單。

Important Definitions：
重要定義：
Conflict Minerals: Any amount of tin, tantalum, tungsten,gold, cobalt, etc., regardless of where it is mined. The term “conflict minerals,” by itself, does not necessarily mean that the metals are supporting armed conflict in the DRC or Covered Countries. The objective is to determine if the “conflict minerals” in our products are or are not supporting armed conflict in the DRC or Covered Countries. (Example: Tin that originates from a mine in the United States of America is considered a conflict mineral).
沖突礦產(chǎn)：指在任何地方開(kāi)采出的任何含量的錫、鉭、鎢或金。“沖突礦產(chǎn)”本身并不一定意味著該金屬為剛果民主共和國(guó)或其共享邊境國(guó)家的武裝沖突提供支持。該術(shù)語(yǔ)的目標(biāo)在于確定我們產(chǎn)品中存在的“沖突礦產(chǎn)”是否為剛果民主共和國(guó)或其共享邊境國(guó)家的武裝沖突提供支持。（例如：產(chǎn)自美國(guó)礦山的錫即被視為沖突礦產(chǎn)）。
